Sexual harassment is wrong.  It is not innocent workplace playfulness but a direct violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1961.

Sexual harassment is defined as Unwelcomed sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

If it is welcomed, it is not sexual harassment, but what may be welcomed today may not be welcomed tomorrow.
