Sexual Harassment - NO, NO, NO!

Sexual harassment is wrong. It is not innocent workplace playfulness but a direct violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Sexual harassment is not a gender problem. It is any employee who initiates unwelcomed sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature and it can be directed towards men or women by the opposite or same sex.
If it is welcomed, it is not sexual harassment, but what may be welcomed today may not be welcomed tomorrow.
