Wife of a Trader (Barb Bockrath, 2008)

"Wife of a Trader is more than a first person presentation. Based on a real person in the 1750s, 'Mrs Miller' deals with imaginary customers as she teaches us about the many items found in her husband's business. From rum to cloth to healing horses, this program gives us a glimpse into daily life in Colonial Maryland."

This DVD was filmed during the School of the Longhunter, Pricketts Fort, West Virginia.  An excellent film for 18th century reenactors, and history enthusiasts! Also appropriate for homeschool studies. (Due to length of film, may be appropriate for homeschooling students 13+ years of age.)

Approximate playing time is 118 minutes.
